New Quick Fill Final Account Assembly for Probate

The Final Account form on mndocs is one of the more complicated forms in the system, as it draws data from a previously completed Inventory, including finding and listing assets omitted from the Inventory and any property sold prior to the final account. Some users have suggested that we can simplify the form on mndocs, and we are working now on a "QuickFill" Final Account that can be used if there is no prior data in an Inventory (or if the user simply wants to complete the form without having to tap into the Inventory values).
