Add File Number and Initials - mndocs Real Property

User has requested that, in real estate forms, we allow attorney/drafter to include File Number and/or attorney initials in the drafted by box on deeds and conveyancing forms. Can be accomplished by a True-False checkbox on the Staffing on Matter dialog, along with a Text box to put whatever text they would also like to include in that box.

This is moving into final production for release as part of the April 2010 release. It allows simple text to be put into the drafted by box. The user would choose whether to include any language, then be able to include that language in the document.
